1. Returns and Refunds Royal Water International ("We" or "Our") is committed to providing high-quality water softeners and/or 5-stage reverse osmosis systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

- You may request a refund or exchange within 90 days of the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as received.
- Returns or refunds are not available for custom or special orders.

- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return or exchange request.
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization number if necessary.

- Once we inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. We will remove the system carefully once we provide you the refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
